Honey Boo Boo was taken to a restaurant for her birthday surprise a week before her actual birthday date. Mama June and Pumpkin flashed their phone lights as dessert arrived, a candle sparkling. Pumpkin applauded her little sister for turning 21, and Alana covered her mouth as she was caught off guard by the tray. Even Dralin was next to her. The couple visited her hometown together.

All sang the happy birthday song to cheer on Alana. The treat brought an instant smile to the birthday girl’s face as she still looked in disbelief.
